How to make Golden Milk

I dag fik jeg lavet en lille video til jer. Den omhandler hvordan man laver Golden Milk. Så tænker du måske – hvad i alverden er Golden Milk? Golden Milk er en varm drik, det kaldes også for Tumeric Milk (Gurkemeje mælk). Gurkemeje er et krydderi, som er blevet brugt i årevis som naturlig medicin. Gurkemeje indeholder nemlig antioxidanter, og er derfor antiinflammatorisk og er dermed super godt for din krop!

Når noget er antiinflammatorisk, betyder det, at dette angriber ‘de dårlige ting’ i din krop, såsom for eksempel kræft. Ved at spise og indtage masser af antioxidanter, er man altså med til at bekæmpe forskellige sygdomme i din krop.

Udover alle disse gode ting, så er det bare en varm og herlig drik, som passer helt perfekt til efteråret.

Ingredienser:
– ca. 2 kopper mandelmælk
– 1 tsk gurkemeje pulver
– 1/2 tsk kanel
– 1 tsk honning
– 1 tsk kokosolie

Today I made a little video for you guys. It’s about how you make Golden Milk. Now you might think – what the heck is Golden Milk? Golden Milk is a warm drink, which is also known as Turmeric Milk. Turmeric is a spice, which has been used for years as a natural medicine. Turmeric contains antioxidants, and is therefore anti-inflammatory and is therefore super good for your body!

When something is anti-inflammatory it means, that it attacks ‘the bad stuff’ in your body, like cancer. By consuming and eating lots of antioxidants, you are thereby helping your body fighting several diseases. 

Besides all these good things, it is just a warm and lovely drink, perfect for Autumn. 

Ingredients: 
– around 2 cups of almond milk 
– 1 tsp of turmeric
– 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tsp of honey
– 1 tsp of coconut oil
