LIVING LIFE WITH LESS BUT WITH MORE VALUE (MINIMALISM)

Hvis du ikke allerede kender til begrebet ‘minimalisme’, så handler det meget simpelt om at skille sig af med alle de overflødige ting i ens liv som ikke giver en værdi. Skil dig af med alt det, og behold kun de ting du bruger eller som reelt set bringer dig glæde. Jeg synes at tankegangen er så fin. Mange kan have en tendens til at købe, købe, købe og hele tiden skulle have nye ting. Men noget af det i livet som virkelig kan gøre en forskel for os og vores livskvalitet er ikke ting, men istedet for gode forhold, mål og drømme og meget andet – ikke materialle ting.

If you don’t already know the term ‘minimalism’, then quiet simply it’s about getting rid of all the unnecessary stuff in our life that doesn’t bring us value. Get rid of all that stuff, and keep only the things that you use or which actually brings you joy. I think the thought behind this concept is so beautiful. Many have a tendency to just buy, buy, buy all the time and have the need for new stuff. But what can really make a difference in our life and our quality of life is not things or stuff, but rather good relationships, goals and dreams and much more – non-material stuff.
