Sometimes we do not follow our passions, our hearts, we don’t spend money on that certain book or course that sparks our interest, and we’re thereby inhibiting our own growth potential. So today I want to ask you; do you give yourself room to grow? 🌿🌿
Back in April I shared an Instagram post about how I was going to repot my plant, because it wanted to grow bigger – but it couldn’t because of the pot that it was in was too small. I wrote about how it’s important to give room for plants – and ourselves – to grow bigger; invest in yourself, take a course, go travel, move, get a new job etc. that will help you grow, because if you don’t give yourself room to grow and the space and capacity to do so, you will not be able to reach new heights.
The beautiful thing is that that little plant that you see in the picture above, is now this new plant that you can see in the picture below:
Isn’t that just beautiful?
And I truly feel like, just like the plant has grown over the past few months – I have as well.
I had been wanting to take the Holistic Health Coach education for years, but hadn’t truly “allowed” myself to do so – until Summer last year, where I finally signed up for it – and I can’t even begin to describe my own growth and transformation over this past year. It has been full of ups and downs, but I’ve reached new heights that I would never have had, if I hadn’t followed my own heart and passion and decided to sign up for the program.
So hereby just a little reminder for you – to follow those small nudges, your intuition when it’s telling you to buy a certain book, invest in a course, go to a certain place etc. – follow your heart, and remember to give yourself permission to GROW! 🌿✨✨
Do you want to get ready for 2020? Grab your journal and a blanket, light a candle and make yourself a warm cup of tea and get ready to do some reflections for the past year, and visualise your 2020 🙌✨
2020 is approaching soon, and I can feel it’s going to be a BIG year! Last year I began the year with reflecting on the past year, sat goals for the upcoming year and sat some minor goals for each quarter in the year to help me reach my goals.
I’ve reached almost ALL of my goals I sat for myself for 2019. So I’m going to do the exact same thing this year! This year I’ve started doing accountability coaching together with my dad, where we set goals in different areas of our lives and create small tasks for ourselves to do in order to accomplish our goals. Then we meet up, write to each other and keep each others accountable and help each other reach our goals. As we are already doing this, we decided to sit down together this year and do this little reflection exercise and set goals for 2020, so we can help each other reach those goals.
In order to reach what you want – you need to evaluate your current life. What do you like about where you are at? What don’t you like? Reflect back on the past year, as well as visualise your future – 1 year from now, 5 years from now. Where do you want to be?
Remember, once you have set your bigger goals for 2020, then it’s important to break them down into smaller actionable steps. You can write “finish this project” on your bigger goal list for the year, but to make it more manageable and easy to get started on, you need to break it down into smaller steps that you can easily start on. Fx if your goal for 2020 is to write a book, then your smaller steps could be: – brainstorm content for the book – do research for XYZ – write paragraph 1 in chapter 1 – write paragraph 2 in chapter 1 – read through and edit By breaking your big goal down into smaller steps, it feels much easier to begin the projects.
Here are some reflection questions to prepare you for 2020 ✨
– What were the best things about this year?
– What has life taught your this year?
– What don’t you want to take with you into 2020?
– What do you want to take with you into 2020?
– Where do you see yourself in 1 year?
– Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
– What do you want to accomplish in 2020?
– What will it take for you to reach those goals? What do you have to do to get there?
Question for you: Are you ready for 2020? What are some of your goals? I would love to know! Let’s root on each other, support each other and help and encourage each other to reach our dreams! 🙌✨
If you have a bad day, or just feel like you want to change your mood, then I will recommend to make a list of things that can change your mood ✨🙌
I’m currently reading Tony Robbins book “Awaken the Giant Within”, and I just the part where he suggests that you make a list of all the things that can change your mood instantly. This was such a lovely idea, so I had to share it.
It’s really all about making a list of things that you can do that can change your mood instantly. If you are having a bad day, and just not feeling good (by all means, we all have those days, and if you’re sad, feel those feels, but sometimes just a little change in the mood can make everything better), you can take out your just and do one or more of the things on the list, and change your mood and come into a much better place.
I made my own list of things that can change my mood, here they are: 1. Meditate 2. Listen to high vibe music 3. Dance around 4. Move my body 5. Go for a walk in nature 6. Kiss my man 7. Smile 8. Create content / write / take photos 9. Give myself a facial massage 10. Read 11. Learn new, inspiring things 12. Having inspiring talks with my close ones 13. Uplift other people 14. Give to others 15. Make my family happy 16. Tidy up my space / decluttering 17. Eat healthy, nourishing food 18. Dream BIG & visualise 19. Drinking warm tea 20. Singing
Project for you: Grab your favourite notebook, make yourself a warm cup of tea and sit with yourself and be very honest about what can change your mood and put you in a better place. Write it down, save the list and take it out whenever you feel the need ✨🙌
I’ve gotten really into reading tons of books lately, and I’m already on book 5 out of my goal of 20 books for the year, which just feels so great! I feel like I’m learning and evolving all the time! This time I want to recommend you the book ‘Money & The Law of Attraction‘ by Esther & Jerry Hicks. If you are into Law of Attraction and Manifestation, then this is a book for you!
If you haven’t heard about the concept ‘The Law of Attraction‘ before, then I definitely recommend to start out with reading the book ‘The Magic‘ by Rhonda Byrne first. This is a very good beginner book to get a grasp around the concept. This concept has changed my entire life view, and I’m beyond grateful for having discovered this way of looking at life.
This book, ‘Money & The Law of Attraction‘ is the next level. It’s so good and it has many practical advices, and many repetitions as well to really make you to understand the fundamental principles of Manifestation and Law of Attraction.
Even though the book is titled ‘Money & The Law of Attraction‘, it’s not just about money, it’s about how to Attract all things in life, in all areas of your life – career, relationships, health – it is about how to get an Abundant life.
I will definitely recommend this book to everyone who is into this topic, and if you have never heard about all of this before but want to learn about it, start out by reading ‘The Magic‘, and read this later on.

“Looking for problems is a powerful catalyst for attracting them”
“Spend every day visualising your life as you want it to be. Spend 15 minutes every day”
