FIND MENTORS OR ROLE MODELS WHO HAVE THE LIFE YOU WANT

Find mentors or role models who have the life you want, and then study what they do 📖✨

I have had so many role models in my life, some ‘real life’ role models that I knew closely, and a lot of role models which I’ve read about or seen documentaries about.

Having someone to look up to is incredible to help you get your dream life!

Because if you want what someone has, then you can choose to study them. Study what they do for a living. Study what kind of attitude and belief set they have. What are their habits? Learn from your role models or mentors.

You can do this completely free if these are bigger personalities where they perhaps have an autobiography written about them, or you can also choose to reach out to people and ask if they will be your mentor. All the big people, fx Tony Robbins, who I have studied and read about have also all talked about studying other people, and walking in their shoes.

I have studied countless of people, primarily through reading. It is through these people that I’ve gotten inspired to change many of my habits, to implement better ones and to get rid of some that just wasn’t serving me.

And it is also very inspirational and comforting to know – that if they can do it, then you can as well!

Question for you: Who are your role models in life? And why do they inspire you? What is 1 habit that your role model does, that you can implement in your own life? ✨
