It’s Wednesday and time for some things I’ve found interesting lately. Hopefully, you can also find some inspiration in these things. You are very welcome to share if you have any interesting articles, videos, books etc. !

1. Video “Why Humans are so bad thinking about Climate Change

2. Rotten – new Netflix serie, which shows some of the more horrifying sides of certain businesses

3. Dr. Michael Greger’s TED Talk – Food as Medicine

4. Speaking of Dr. Michael Greger, he has also created an app called “Dr. Greger’s Daily Dozen” where you can keep track of getting some of all the healthy essentials you need in a day, I’ve used it for a couple of days now and I love it, and it reminds me to really get those greens, flaxseeds etc.

5. Speaking of flaxseeds – watch this video about the amazing benefits of adding flaxseeds into your daily diet!

Så er det onsdag, og det betyder tid til at dele nogle interessante ting for den forgangne uge! Jeg håber at du kan finde lidt inspiration, og du må endelig dele nogle af de ting du har fundet interessante den sidste uge med mig i kommentarfeltet!

1. Jeg har skrevet en lille artikel for Sustain Daily om hvordan man kan gøre sit badeværelse lidt mere bæredygtigt
2. Jeg læste bogen “Hverdagsyoga for god søvn“* af Karen Pallisgaard, som er en fin lille bog fyldt med gode hverdagstips og yogaøvelser som kan hjælpe med at forbedre ens søvn
3. Til en af mine undervisningstimer på studiet skulle vi læse dette blogindlæg om hvordan man skriver et godt blogindlæg, og det fandt jeg jo meget interessant – måske der er andre bloggere derude der også kan få gavn af den
4. Jeg har købt mig en lavendel æterisk olie* og er begyndt at eksperimentere lidt med aromaterapi – hvis der er nogle der har nogle spændende bøger indenfor dette felt, så må i meget gerne dele dem med mig

1. I wrote a little blog post for Sustain Daily about how to make your bathroom a little bit more sustainable (in Danish)
2. I read the book “Hverdagsyoga for god søvn*” (Everyday yoga for good sleep) by Karen Pallisgaard (sorry, also in Danish) 
3. For one of my classes in school we should read this blogpost about how to write a good blogpost, which I of course found very interesting – maybe there are other bloggers out there who can benefit from this knowledge
4. I bought a lavender essential oil* and have begun experimenting a bit with aromatherapy – if any of you have read some interesting books regarding this topic, then please share them with me

Det er onsdag og det betyder tid til at dele nogle af mine favorit ting i den forgangne uge! Jeg håber at du kan finde noget inspiration i det, og del endelig dine egne favorit bøger, artikler, videoer, hvad det nu kan være, med mig!

1. Madeleine Shaw’s youtube kanal, denne skønne kvinde er simpelthen så nede på jorden og sød, og så deler hun masser af sunde tips og tricks i sine videoer!
2. Kakaonibs*! Det er min nyeste lille sundhedstilføjelse til min havregrød om morgnen, og jeg er vild med dem
3. Interessant artikel om hvordan du naturligt og let kan detoxe din krop på 23 måder
4. Min søde chef, Cathrine, har delt et yoga interview med mig på hendes blog
5. Bogen Food Pharmacy*, som er fyldt med masser af fantastisk viden om sund mad og tarmfloraen!

1. Madeleine Shaw’s youtube channel, this lovely woman is so down to Earth and so sweet, and she shares lots of healthy tips and tricks in her videos!
2. Raw cacao nibs*! This is my latest health addition to my oatmeal in the morning, and I’m loving it
3. Interesting article about how you can naturally and easy detox your body in 23 different ways
4. My sweet boss, Cathrine, has shared a yoga interview with me on her blog
5. The book Food Pharmacy*, which is filled with lots of amazing knowledge about healthy food and the gut!

Så blev det onsdag igen, og det betyder tid til endnu en omgang af ting og sager jeg har fundet interessante!

  1. Jeg har allerede prøvet Stinna’s opskrift på sunde snickersbidder og jeg ELSKER DEM! Og hun har sørme også en opskrift på sunde snickerskugler! Jeg tænker at dette er den perfekte snack at have med på studiet eller bare når man sidder og arbejder, så dem skal jeg prøve at lave snart
  2. Hvis du ikke allerede vidste det, så har jeg et lille mini projekt kaldet Clean Up Copenhagen. Det handler om at samle skrald op fra naturen. Og vi afholder vores 2. TRASH & TALK event lørdag d.23. september i Amager Strandpark kl. 11, så kom endelig med  – du kan læse mere om det lige her!
  3. I sidste uge var jeg på Hope bar for første gang (og hvilket skønt sted!), og der fik jeg en matcha latte. Det var sådan en positiv oplevelse, for jeg har nemlig prøvet at lave det én gang før herhjemme og det var virkelig ikke en succes. Men dette smagte skønt, og nu er jeg blevet helt hooked på at finde en god opskrift jeg kan lave herhjemme – så del endelig hvis du har en lækker matcha latte opskrift!
  4. En ioniseringsmaskine står rimelig højt på ønskelisten. Efter at have læst omkring at leve en mere alkaniseret/basisk livsstil, er jeg blevet helt hooked på at eje sådan en maskine
  5. Maca pulver er noget jeg tænker jeg skal have fingrene i. Maca pulver kan nemlig hjælpe med at stabilisere ens hormonbalance, hvilket jo er ret fantastisk. Eneste problem, jeg aner ikke lige hvad jeg skal bruge det til? Måske i en gurkemeje eller matcha latte? Har i nogen forslag?

Then it became Wednesday again and that means time for another round of things I have found interesting!

1. I’ve already tried Stinna’s recipe for healthy snrickersbites and I LOVE THEM! And she also has a recipe for healthy snickers balls! I think this seems like the perfect snack to bring along to university or just when I’m working, so I’m definitely going to make these very soon
2. If you didn’t already know, I have a mini project called Clean Up Copenhagen. It is about picking up trash from nature. And we are having our 2nd TRASH & TALK event Saturday 23rd of September in Amager Strandpark at 11am – please join us, you can read more about it here!
3. Last week I visited Hope bar for the first time (such a lovely place!) and I got a matcha latte. It was such a positive experience, because I have tried to make a matcha latte at home once before and that was definitely not a success. But this one was really tasty, and I’ve gotten hooked on finding a good recipe I can make at home – so please share if you have a delicious matcha latte recipe! 
4. An ionizing machine is pretty high on my wishlist. After having read about living a more alkaline life, I’ve gotten completely hooked on owning such a machine
5. Maca powder is something I want to buy soon. Mac powder can help stabilize your hormone balance, which is pretty amazing. Only problem, I don’t know what to use it for? Maybe in a turmeric or matcha latte? Do you guys have any suggestions?

Så blev det onsdag og tid til endnu en omgang at ting og sager som jeg har fundet interessante på det sidste. Jeg håber at du kan finde noget inspiration!

  1. Denne lille Sustain Daily artikel, om hvordan ens små handlinger også gør en forskel, er så fin og inspirerende
  2. Gurkemeje latte er jeg bare elle vild med for tiden!
  3. Min kærestes forældre åbnede deres helt eget rom destilleri i Roskilde i lørdags, og jeg filmede en lille film af åbningsdagen, som du kan se lige her
  4. Epsom salt er det nyeste af mine sundheds/helse køb, og du kan læse om nogle af alle de ting du kan bruge det til lige her
  5. Denne youtube video giver mig lyst til at pakke en rygsæk og rejse til Norge og vandre rundt, der er jo SÅ smukt!

  2. I’m loving turmeric latte at the moment!
  3. My boyfriend’s parents opened their very own rum distillery in Roskilde (Denmark) this Saturday, and I filmed a little video on the opening day, which you can see right here 
  4. Epsom salt is one of my latest health buys, and you can read an article about all the things it can be used for, right here
  5. This youtube video makes me want to pack a bag and travel to Norway and hike, it is SO beautiful!

Som noget nyt herinde på bloggen, vil jeg hver onsdag dele nogle ting som jeg har fundet interessante på det sidste. Det kan være en bog jeg har læst, en artikel jeg har læst, en dokumentar jeg har set, noget jeg ønsker mig, en inspirerende video eller noget helt andet!

Jeg elsker selv at læse disse indlæg hos andre bloggere som har samme interesser som mig (bare se Ida’s liste her!) og finde ny inspiration.

Jeg håber at i kan finde det brugbart og at i kan blive inspirerede!

  1. Bogen “Et Pukka Liv” af Sebastian Pole. Hvis du er interesseret i, eller vil lære mere omkring, ayurveda, så er denne bog bestemt en du skal læse! Den er skrevet af grundlæggeren bag te-firmaet Pukka.
  2. Dette er en youtube kanal anbefaling. Hvis du også er interesseret i en holistisk livsstil, og det er du garanteret hvis du følger med herinde, så SKAL du besøge Holistic Habits youtube kanal. Hun er simpelthen det sødeste menneske, og så er hendes videoer spækket med fantastisk viden og er så fine!
  3. Sustain Daily har lavet en madplan. Ikke mindst er den jo super brugbar, men den er også SÅ fin! Jeg har selv længe tænkt at jeg skal blive bedre til at meal preppe osv., og jeg tænker at deres madplan kommer til at hjælpe en hel del på sagen!
  4. Awaken Radio podcast har jeg allerede anbefalet i dette indlæg, men jeg ville lige give et skud ud for denne episode med Emmily Banks. Her snakkes der om naturlig make-up og hudpleje og hvor vigtigt det er ikke at fylde alverdens kemikalier på sin hud – super spændende!
  5. En stor himalaya salt lampe står aller højest på min ønskeliste lige nu. Ikke bare er de fantastisk flotte, men der er også alverdens fordele ved at have sådan en fin én i sit hjem, læs bare her.
  6. Denne TED-talk omkring at vælge at leve et liv uden skrald er super inspirerende! (Jeg elsker TED talks, så i kan godt regne med mange flere delinger i de kommende indlæg)

As something new here on the blog I’m going to share things every Wednesday which I have found interesting. It could be a book I have read, an article, a documentary I’ve seen, something on my wishlist, an inspirering video or something entirely different!

I love to read these kind of blogposts made by other bloggers with the same interests as me (just look at Ida’s list here!) and find new inspiration.   

I hope you will find it useful and get inspired!

  1. The book “A Pukka Life” by Sebastian Pole. If you are interested in, or just want to learn about, ayurveda, then you should read this book! It’s written by the founder behind the tea company Pukka.
  2. This is a youtube channel recommendation. If you also are interested in a holistic lifestyle, and I bet you are if you are following along here, then you MUST visit Holistic Habits youtube channel. She is the sweetest human being, and her videos are filled with amazing knowledge and are just lovely! 
  3. Sustain Daily has made a meal plan. Not only is it very useful, but also so pretty! I’ve been thinking about doing some more meal prepping lately and I am sure that their plan is going to help me out!
  4. Awaken Radio podcast is something I’ve already recommend in this blogpost, but I just wanted to mention this episode with Emmily Banks. They talk about natural make-up and skincare and how important it is not to fill your skin with chemicals – super interesting! 
  5. A big himalayan salt lamp is very high on my wishlist at the moment. Not only are they gorgeous, but there are also a number of benefits to having such a lamp in your home, just read here.
  6. This TED-talk about choosing to live a life without trash is super inspirering! (I love TED talks, so there is going to come a lot more of these in these kind of blog posts)
