I wanted to start something new here on the blog, so that we could get to know each other better. So I’m gonna make a little list of monthly intentions at the beginning of each month, and tell you what some of my intention/plans are for the upcoming month. Perhaps you can find some inspiration, or if you have some lovely intentions or plans, then please share them with me and then I can get inspired as well ✨🍂
- Sit on nice cafés and work on finishing the very last of my book, so that I can hopefully get it out around October/November!
- Business-inspiration meetings with my dear new friend Zoey
- Drink tons of tea, cuddle up under a warm blanket and spend more time reading good books!
- Drink warm drinks (cafe lattes, chai lattes, turmeric latte, matcha latte – all things latte) with dear friends or family, perhaps in combination with continuing my current knitting project (#novicesweater)
- Vacation on Bornholm with my man. I can’t wait to get back to lovely Bornholm, see the beautiful nature, visit lovely cafés and shops and just have a week with full relaxation together with my love <3
- Watch Female Invest webinars with my friend, so that we can start investing soon!

Something has happened, something quiet life changing, and it is very sad right now. It’s probably the saddest thing I’ve ever experienced in my life, and it is heartbreaking. But, for the first time in my life I also feel ready to accept what I’m feeling and allow myself to feel it 100 % – not to suppress the emotions, but to let them come and be okay with that. To talk about them, to open up.
For far too many years my response to any kind of discomfort has been to suppress the feelings, maybe hide in the bathroom if I felt the need to cry, but most of all just to put a lid on everything and hide my feelings inside of me. That has without a doubt not been a healthy way to deal with things, and I’m sure that these surpressed emotions has caused troubles inside of me (because I do believe that feelings sit in the body and can eventually cause disease and sickness).
But I won’t do that anymore. It’s time to come out with them, all of them, talk things through, cry when I need to, just be with the feelings and accept them.
I’m okay, I’m just going through a hard time at the moment, but everything is going to be okay, I know that. If anyone else out there is battling with something similar, or haven’t dealt with old stored emotions, take this as a sign to accept your feelings and your needs. Cry, write, talk to someone, go for a walk, just sit – whatever you need, but really try to deal with your emotions rather than just push through and do all kind of other stuff just to try to ‘put a lid on it’, because that will not make the feelings go away. The only way to make things feel better is to go through the feelings, and let them come up.
I’m going to take a little Christmas break from the blog, but I’ll be back again in the New Year!
The last couple of months has consisted of plenty of exams, finding a master thesis supervisor and handing in the contract for the master thesis, lots of work and finding Christmas presents, so to say the least, there has been a lot going on. I’ll therefore take a little Christmas break, and spend loots of lovely family time, reading some lovely books, watch some good movies (I’ve currently started a Harry Potter-marathon with my friend, so excited!), and just be present in this lovely Christmas time. Therefore I won’t make blogpost in here before we hit 2019.
But, sometimes it’s a good idea to unplug and recharge. This can give you new motivation, inspiration and energy. If you ever feel like you are getting tired of doing something- then try to take a little break. Most often I find that after a short period of time away from something I regain my motivation and inspiration and I am eager to start again.
So, I just want to finish this year off with saying a HUGE thank you to all of you lovely people following along! There have come so many new people along this year, and I’m beyond blessed and grateful for you all, and I’m so happy that you can find some inspiration here.

It’s time to come back to some Everyday Happiness moments. I love seeing these posts at others blogs, and I really think it is such a lovely way to remember to take some pictures of the small, good things in life and be more grateful for even the smallest things <3
So, I want to start posting these kind of posts again, every Monday. I hope you’ll find some inspiration as well – either to do a little face mask and watch your favourite movie and relax, go and grab a cup of tea or coffee with your best friend, or go for a walk or to the movies with your family or your loved one. See this as an inspiration to sneak in some more moments in your everyday life that makes you happy – because that truly is what life is made of; the small little everyday things, so cherish these moments!
Our hallway in our apartment complex has been completely repainted and it has become so bright and pretty, I absolutely love it!
I had a Chai Masala tea with my mom and a little piece of brownie cake and just some mom-daughter-time. I love that <3
I’ve started in Fitness again! What a surprise, mainly for me. Last year I stopped in fitness because I was way too tired of fitness centres and the whole train-train-train mentality. But, lately I’ve just been feeling like really doing some energetic exercise and really get my pulse up, and sweating – so I’ve followed my body’s need and I’ve started in fitness again. And, I love it! I really feel SO good after getting a good sweat and getting a tomato-red-face. I, of course, still love yoga and stretching – and as my lovely boss says; it’s all about balance: yin & yang <3
There’s nothing better when the sun is shinning than a little walk around the lake and seeing the beautiful nature – and preferably with a good podcast in my ears!
I’ve always loved my family, but I think over the past years I’ve neglected my lovely big family a bit too much due to lots of work and school – but, I truly love my big family, and I love all the different personalities which I am so truly blessed to have in my life – and I really want to spend more time with them all <3 Here is a picture from last week where almost all the women from my mom’s side of the family had a Cinema trip. We watched ‘The Book Club’ (hilarious movie, and so sweet and loving!) and had dinner afterwards – such a great time!

Hi everyone, it’s been forever! I am sorry for the very long pause here on my blog, but lately I’ve just been very busy with the exams, but I’m almost done and have some Summer holiday and I really want to get into writing more blog posts and creating good content for you guys. If you still want to follow along, then I’m still active on my Instagram.
I already have plenty of ideas for blog posts, but I also would like to ask if there is anything you would like to see or read about? Whether that be favourite recipes, quitting birth control update, tips for different things, books suggestions etc. – ask whatever you want to read about, or are curious about!

It’s Wednesday and time to look at some of the things I’ve found interesting lately, and wauw this week I have a bunch of inspirering videos for you! I’ve been fuelling myself with my favourite green smoothie almost daily!
I’ve been practicing yoga at home, and at Cathrine’s yoga class Thursday evening at Yogacentralen <3
My boyfriend and I have booked a trip to Alicante, Spain, this Summer and I’m looking so much forward to it! If you have good suggestions for things/places to see, where to eat, sustainable shops etc. then please share them with me! I would love to know since I’ve never been there before
Okay so this isn’t from the past week but this upcoming week, but I just thought I wanted to announce it again. Emma, Johanne and I are going to hold a speech (Danish) about how you can live more sustainable at Fredensborg Bibliotek April 12th 7pm – if you are nearby, come and join!
Saturday some of my best friends from high school came over for brunch and birthday celebration, and it was so good to see them again <3
I started Sunday out with picking up trash at Amager Strandpark with Clean Up Copenhagen and these 3 lovely women! We had the most beautiful sunny weather! Where should we hold the next TRASH & TALK event?
After picking up trash at Amager, I went straight to The Organic Club at Vesterbro for the Sustain Yearly pick-up party. It was so great, so many lovely women, the new magazine, ice tea, the sun was shinning and I spend the next couple of hours talking with Ida in the sunshine – what a lovely day!

The beautiful magazine <3 I’m so grateful for having written something in such a beautiful magazine which is all about how you can live a more sustainable life. And a big congrats to lovely Sustain Daily for making this magazine and for spreading sustainable inspiration to so many people!
It’s Monday and time to look back at some everyday happiness from the past week, which was the Easter holiday!
The past week was so lovely. It consisted of time to wind down, relax and not think too much about school and assignments. Time spend with friends, family, selfcare and birthday celebration (because I turned 24).
How was your Easter holiday?
I started this week with the intention of going to the Botanical Garden with 2 of my friends, but apparently it was closed. So instead we went for a little walk in Ørstedsparken
I also collected up some trash in the Kings Garden with my friend. Btw, I’ve just created a new TRASH & TALK event with Clean Up Copenhagen, so if you want to come and have a good time and pick up trash from nature, then join this Sunday!
I also drank hot chocolate with my friend <3
This towel was another lovely birthday gift <3 I also did a lot of selfcare this week; at home facial steams, gua sha facial massage, oil massage, dry brushing and lots of tea and reading
I got this new basket for my plant as one of my birthday gifts <3
I bought this lovely shirt (secondhand) from one of my sweet friends, and had a hot coconut chocolate with her at Souls on my birthday <3 And the beautiful necklace was a birthday gift from my boyfriend <3
Another birthday gift was this cork yoga block. And this Saturday I was to Cathrine’s yoga & vegan Easter lunch event where we also did some exercises with a yoga block, and it just feels so good, so I’m going to do more of those exercises at home as well!
I am going to take a little Easter break from posting in here, and will instead focus on relaxing, homeworks and creating new and good content once I’m back again.

How was your past week?
Monday called for work, but I really love my work, and I love that it is something I’m able to do from wherever I am – it’s so freeing.
I’ve been adding lots of healthy fats into my everyday diet lately after recommendation from Carolina
I went to the Botanical Garden with one of my best friends to take some pictures and get some tropical feeling into our bodies while it was minus degrees and snowing outside – always a good idea!
After going out into the snow again after having been to the Botanical Gardens we went straight to get some warm drinks <3
Speaking of the Botanical Garden, my own little “Botanical Garden” is also growing at home, and I love how much my Monstera is growing
Saturday called for work and my boyfriend’s mothers birthday, and Sunday called for pure relaxation with selfcare and serie-marathon with my boyfriend. You have to watch the serie “Manhunt: Unabomber”, it’s based on true events and it is so good and fascinating!
