DO YOU GIVE YOURSELF ROOM TO GROW?

Sometimes we do not follow our passions, our hearts, we don’t spend money on that certain book or course that sparks our interest, and we’re thereby inhibiting our own growth potential. So today I want to ask you; do you give yourself room to grow? 🌿🌿

Back in April I shared an Instagram post about how I was going to repot my plant, because it wanted to grow bigger – but it couldn’t because of the pot that it was in was too small. I wrote about how it’s important to give room for plants – and ourselves – to grow bigger; invest in yourself, take a course, go travel, move, get a new job etc. that will help you grow, because if you don’t give yourself room to grow and the space and capacity to do so, you will not be able to reach new heights.

The beautiful thing is that that little plant that you see in the picture above, is now this new plant that you can see in the picture below:

Isn’t that just beautiful?

And I truly feel like, just like the plant has grown over the past few months – I have as well.

I had been wanting to take the Holistic Health Coach education for years, but hadn’t truly “allowed” myself to do so – until Summer last year, where I finally signed up for it – and I can’t even begin to describe my own growth and transformation over this past year. It has been full of ups and downs, but I’ve reached new heights that I would never have had, if I hadn’t followed my own heart and passion and decided to sign up for the program.

So hereby just a little reminder for you – to follow those small nudges, your intuition when it’s telling you to buy a certain book, invest in a course, go to a certain place etc. – follow your heart, and remember to give yourself permission to GROW! 🌿✨✨

LAW OF ATTRACTION

The Law of Attraction states that what you focus on is what you’re going to get more of. Learn this, and use this to create your best life! ✨

I first came across the concept of ‘The Law of Attraction’ back in 2012 when I first read “The Secret”.

It changed my life.

I know that is such a cliché thing to say about that book. But it’s very true. Up until that point I never thought I had much control over my life.

But after reading that book, I realised how much power we have over our own lives. But it also meant that I had to get brutally honest with myself, and recognising that I, up until that point, had created and attracted everything – both good and bad in my life – all by myself. That was a hard thing to swallow.

But knowing that from then on I could choose what to focus on and what I wanted in life, was just so powerful and magical.



The Law of Attraction states that what you focus on is what you’re going to get more of.

If you constantly focus on your problems and worries, then they will come true and you’ll get more of these.

Whereas, if you instead focus on all the things you’re grateful for and what you want more of in your life – then THAT is what you’re going to attract into your life.

I have lived by this concept for the past 8 years – and of course, with ups and downs in both my belief in this concept, as well as me falling back into old limiting beliefs systems from time to time. But overall I have lived by this over the past 8 years, and I have attracted so many wonderful things into my life.

What you send out comes back to you. What you focus on grows.

DO YOU TREAT YOURSELF THE WAY YOU WISH OTHERS WOULD TREAT YOU?

Do you treat yourself the way you wish others would treat you? Otherwise, now is the time to start changing that. You get what you send out, so start to treat yourself right 💕✨

I believe that we get what we send out, both when it comes to thoughts, vibes and intentions. So if you want others to treat you well, you first need to start treating yourself the way you want to be treated.

Why wait for someone else to do the little things for you?

Start to treat yourself right – do the little things for yourself.

Do you go around wishing that your man would buy you flowers?
Stop waiting, and go buy yourself some beautiful flowers that can light up your space and your mood every time you look at them.

Go book yourself a massage. Go get a facial. Go out on a nice café and treat yourself to a delicious latte or a lovely lunch.

Treat yourself.

Stop waiting for others to do things for you, and start to create your own reality and do the things that makes you happy, go to the places you want to and treat yourself 💕✨

Question for you: Are you good at treating yourself? Or is this something you want to become better at, and do more of? Then take out your calendar right now and plot in 1 thing you can do to treat yourself this week. It could be buying fresh flowers, booking a facial or going to a nice café
